ජම්ම, (ජන්ම), a. native, natural, inborn, constitutional, indigenous; national.

දා·දොස, n. disease of any of the seven elements or constituent parts of the body. See සප්ත ධාතු.

නියෝග·ක්‍රමය, n. code of rules, constitution.

නිරනුසූත්‍ර, a. unconstitutional, uncanonical, නියමයට—පණතට—විරුද්ධවූ.

පංච·ස්කන්‍ධ, n. pl. the five divisions or constituents of man: රූපස්කන්‍ධය &c., viz, රූපය, the body; වේදනාස්කන්‍ධය, feeling, perception; සංඥාස්කන්‍ධය, bare recognition or apprehension; සංස්කාරස්කන්‍ධය, moral or mental state, as of covetousness or doubt &c. to the number of fifty different states; විඥනස්ක න්‍ධය, knowledge, consciousness. The five are divided into two parts, නාම and රූප, of which four ස්කන්‍ධ, portions, belong to නාමය or the mind.

පංචාංග, n. pl. (පංච අංග), five parts or constituents of anything, as five parts of the body which in worshipping must touch the ground, viz. the waist, elbows, knees, head and toes; five parts of a plant used medicinally, viz. root, bark, flowers, fruit and leaves.

ප්‍රකෘති, a. natural, constitutional, ජම්ම, fundamental, ධාතුවූ,මුල්වූ.

ප්‍රකෘතිය, n. nature or constitution, මුල්ස්වභාව, radical form or constitution of being, of which eight sorts are supposed, viz. illusion, magnitude, pride of independent existence or egotism, space, fire, air, earth and water; origin, original source, මුල; gram. radical, or crude form of a word, uninflected word, ප්‍රත්‍යය නොවැටුණු ශබ්ද කොටස

ප්‍රකෘතියෙන්ම, ad. by nature or constitution, fundamentally, radically, ස්වභවෙන්ම.

පුරාණය, n. One of a class of H. sacred and poetical works, which are said to have been compiled or composed by the poet ව්‍යාස. Of these there are eighteen, with eighteen supplementary works called Upa Purana, උප පුරාණ. They treat of the creation, destruction and renovation of worlds, the genealogy and achievements of gods and heroes, the reigns of the Man us and the transactions of their descendants. These works constitute the H. theology, and are much studied.

බහුව්‍රීහි, n. (ව්‍රීහි grains, particles or constituents), gram. a class of compounds, සමාස විශෙෂයක්.

මුල·ද්‍රව්‍යය, n. element, constituent, මුල් ධාතුව, ධාතුව.

රාජ්‍යාංග, n. pl. (·අංග members), constituents or requisites of a kingdom, viz. a king, territory, population, minister, treasury, army &c.
