අ ච්‍යුත, a. not passing away, fixed, permanent, චුතනොවන, පහවනොයන.

අ ච්‍යුතය, n. permanency, &c., නිරන්තරකම, a name of Nirvāna, නිවන.

අ ච්‍යුතිය, n. permanency, නිරන්තරකම, fixity, imperishableness, නැතිනොවන භාවය.

ආකාශ ධාතුව, n. the sky as an element or permanence, අහස, element of air, වාතය; space, ආකාශය.

චිර·ස්‍ථ, a. long-standing, chronic, කල්ගත; lasting long, permanent, පවතින.

චිරස‍්‍ථාසකරනවා, v. t. to establish, make permanent, settle, ස්‍ථිරලෙස පිහිටුවනවා.

ත්‍රි·විද්‍යාව, n. threefold or three kinds of knowledge; ap. of the three principle Vedas: Rig, Yajur and Sāma; in B., knowledge of three important things, viz. අනිත්‍යය, දුඃඛය අනාත්මය: i.e., impermanancy, sorrow (of all existence), and the non-existence of a permanent self. This is one of the chief doctrines of B., and the chief study of all B. ascetics.

ති·ලකුණු, n. pl. E. of 4 ත්‍රි ලක්‍ෂණ: the three signs or characteristics of every සත්‍වයා or living being, viz. impermanency, sorrow and unreality.

දීගය, n. Kandyan marriage in which the wife goes to live in her husband's house, opposed to බින්න in which the husband lives permanently in the bride's home.

ධ්‍රැව, a. perpetual, permanent, නිරන්තර; fixed, firm, ස්ථිර; polar.

නිත්‍යකම, නිත්‍යතාව, n. continuance, permanence, perpetuity, නිරන්තරකම.

පැල්·වතිය, n. permanence, continuance, පැව තීම; filthiness, අශුද්ධකම.

බින්න, n. an arrangement of Kandyan marriage by which the husband goes to live permanently in the wife's house: see දීගය‍.

ශාශ්වත, a. permanent, perpetual, eternal, නිරන්තර, නිත්‍ය.

ශාශ්වත·දෘෂ්ටිය, ශාශ්වත·දුව්‍ය·දෘෂ්ටිය, n. belief in or the doctrine of the permanency or eternity of matter, ද්‍රව්‍ය සදාකාලබව විශ්වාස කිරීම.
