අ කාම, a. without desires or lust, passionless, කෙලෙස් නැති, රාග නැති.

අ කාමතාව, n. passionlessness, freedom from all passions, කෙලෙස් නැතිකම.

අ කිටන, a. (කිටන something), destitute, necessitous, කිසිත් නැති, poor, දිළිඳු; free from all passions, කෙලෙස් නැති.

ක්ලේශ ප්‍රහාණය, n. destruction of the passions, කෙලෙස් නැතිකිරීම.

ක්ලේශය, n. any passion, desire or evil affection, අභිලාෂය, කෙලෙස්; sorrow, affliction, care, දුක. B. teaches that ක්ලේශය or desire is the root of all sin and sorrow, and renders transmigration and continued existence inevitable until all ක්ලේශ are subdued and exterminated; when that is accomplished නිර්‍වාණ or non-existence is attained. The non-attainment of it,—that is, continued conscious existence,—is regarded as a calamity, and it is the supreme object of B. and its laws and observances to effect the extermination of ක්ලේශ.

කෙලෙස, කෙලෙසුම, n. E. of කේල්ශය: filth, worldly or evil affection, evil desire.

කෙලෙස් ගිරිය, n. E. for කෛලාස පර්‍වතය.

කෙලෙස් නිවෙස්, n. ap. of Siva as the resident of කෙලෙස් or කෛලාසය.

කෙලෙසිඳු, n. (කෙලෙස් ඉඳු), Lord of the Kailāsa mountain: ap. of Siva.
