ත්‍රි·විද්‍යාව, n. threefold or three kinds of knowledge; ap. of the three principle Vedas: Rig, Yajur and Sāma; in B., knowledge of three important things, viz. අනිත්‍යය, දුඃඛය අනාත්මය: i.e., impermanancy, sorrow (of all existence), and the non-existence of a permanent self. This is one of the chief doctrines of B., and the chief study of all B. ascetics.

තච·පචකය, n. five parts of the body, viz, hair of the head, hair of the body, nails, teeth, and skin.

තෙනෙත්, n. See තිනෙත්.

තාපසයා, n. ascetic, monk, recluse, hermit.

තාමය, n. object of terror, භයානක දෙයක්; anxiety, කාන්සාව; fault, වැරැද්ද.

තෙපින්න, තෙප් ඉන්න, n. stake, pointed stick for loosening the soil &c.

ති·ලෝ·ඇදුරු, ති·‍ලෝ·ගුරු, n. a title of Buddha: teacher of the three worlds, viz. of gods, of men and of the serpent race, දිව්‍ය—මනුෂ්‍ය—නාග—යන ලෝකත්‍රයේ ආචාර්‍ය්‍යවරයා.

තොණ්ඩයා, n. a small sea fish.

තර්‍ක·ශාස්ත්‍ර·කාරයා,තර්‍ක·ශාස්ත්‍ර·ඥයා, n. logician, dialectician.

ත්‍යක්ත·ලජ්ජා·ඇති, a. lost to shame, impudent, ලජ්ජා දුරුකොට ඇති.
