පුෂ්ට, a. fed, nourished, reared, (of animals), පෝෂ්‍යකළ, ඇතිකළ.

පුරුෂ·ර්‍ෂභයා. පුරුෂ·ව්‍යාඝ්‍රයා, පුරුෂ·ශාර්‍දදුලයා, n. (·ඍෂභ, ව්‍යාඝ්‍ර, ශාදීදුල, excellent or pre-eminent), eminent person, උත්ත මයා.

පුරවලියම, n. eye-medicine, collyrium.

පශ්චිම, a. after, hinder, පස්සා; western, occidental, බස්නාහිර.

පැසවීම, v. n. of පැසවනවා and පැසවෙනවා.

ප්‍රියංගු, n. panic seed, millet, තණහාල්. Also = පුවඟු. Bot.

ප්‍රති·කාර, a. (ප්‍රති in return, කාර doing), remedial, curative, medical, පිළියම්වූ; retaliatory, පළිගන්න. Also spelt ප්‍රතිකාර.

පාරාජිකා, a. meriting expulsion; pert. to the four heinous offences which exclude from the priesthood and for which there is no expiation in this life. viz. sexual intercourse, theft, murder, false assumption of the name and character of a 'rahat'.

පූර්‍වාර්‍ධ·ශීර්‍ෂය, n. front half of the head, sinciput.
