මිරිකෙනවා, v. i. to become squeezed, tight, compressed; fatigued, distressed; pret. මිරි කුණ.

මනු, n. celebrated H. legibator and saint, who is regarded as the representative man and father of the human race. In every Kalpa fourteen Manus appear successively and preside over the Universe, each one for the period of a මන්‍වන්තරය, which see.
